About The Film:

Through a series of interviews with mental health professionals, wellness experts, and individuals who have experienced mental health challenges, the film offers insights into the benefits of self-care techniques such as mindfulness, exercise, and creative expression. The film also examines the impact of daily habits such as sleep, nutrition, and social connections on mental health and well-being.

Nick has a Masters of Leadership from the Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph. To manage his companies, speaking travel, business interests and social entrepreneurial initiatives- he relies on his daily protocols to get the most out of his day, which he offers to others in the various programs he facilitates.

Patricia Kammer

Patricia’s recently published book, Love’s Voice Changes You, emerged out of a collection of what she calls “Pat’s Patters,” weekly messages sent to online friends. These messages began to come through in answer to Pat’s cry for help at a time of personal desperation and need for immediate answers.

After over fifty years on a Spiritual path the head knowledge found her heart so she could finally walk her talk with confidence and certainty.
